Bears for Fire Fighters

Collect new and like new stuffed bears to donate to a local fire department for fire fighters to give to children who are experiencing a traumatic situation.   Or better yet, make handmade stuffed bears using a simple pattern.  Call ahead to schedule a tour of the fire department for when the bears are delivered. 

This ministry project encourages appreciation of local firefighters and supports their assistance in providing help and comfort to children who are in a frightening situation.
